SHORT STORIES AWARD
“Une terrible beauté est née” in your own words
Veduta is running a short-story competition throughout France and in all Francophone countries.
The rules are simple: entries must comprise exactly 2,011 characters (including spaces), be written in French, and be titled “Une terrible beauté est née”. The competition is open to all, and will start when the Biennale starts. When the competition closes in December, a panel of judges will select the most impressive stories, which will be published by cultural weekly Télérama.
